Refund Policy

All products and services sold on auradies.com are digital and are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Instant downloadable music and beats
  2. Digital audio files
  3. Custom music services (vocal processing, mixing, mastering, beat production, revisions)

Orders for custom services may be canceled only while the order status remains “On Hold” and before any work has begun.

Once a service order moves out of the On Hold status or production has started, the order becomes final and non-refundable.

This cancellation option does not apply to instantly downloadable products, music, or beats, which are non-refundable immediately upon purchase.

If you experience a technical issue (corrupted file, missing download, or incorrect delivery), please contact us via email at aurify@auradies.com.

We will ensure you receive the correct files or access as intended.

This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in:

  1. Immediate suspension of service
  2. Revocation of access to delivered files
  3. Permanent restriction from future purchases

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly so we can resolve issues quickly and fairly.
