These services are delivered digitally, with customers uploading audio files and receiving finished audio deliverables through the platform. In addition, Aurify Your Music LLC creates and sells original digital music releases under the artist name aura dies, including downloadable music files and related digital media. These music products are offered directly to consumers through the same platform.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature. No uniform standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not respond to DNT signals at this time. If a standard is adopted in the future, we will update this notice.

California law requires us to explain how we respond to DNT signals. Because there is not an industry or legal standard, we do not respond to DNT signals.
