Beat Licensing

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Beat licenses from Aurify Your Music are non-exclusive agreements that let you create and release one original song and one master recording using the licensed beat, subject to the terms and usage limits attached to your purchase.

The standard beat license does not grant synchronization rights for films, television programs, commercial advertisements, motion-picture trailers, video games, brand campaigns, corporate media, sponsored influencer content, political campaigns, podcasts or other audiovisual uses that require separate synchronization permission.

The exact license name, usage limits, included files and complete agreement are shown during the purchase process before payment. The full agreement controls if a summary and the agreement ever differ.

Are the beat licenses exclusive?

No. The standard licenses are non-exclusive, which means the producer may continue using and licensing the beat to other artists.

Does a beat license expire?

The license is perpetual while you comply with the agreement.

Can I make a music video with a licensed beat?

Yes. The agreement permits monetized music videos featuring the licensed song, with a maximum duration of 10 minutes per video.

Can I use the beat in film, TV or advertising?

Not under the standard beat license. Those synchronization uses require separate permission.

Where do I see the exact limits for my license?

The exact limits and included files are shown with the license option during the purchase process, together with the complete agreement before payment.
